Half-day excursion to Natural Reserve “Desembocadura del Guadalhorce”


Early in the morning we will take a short route by bus to go to the Natural Reserve “Desembocadura del Guadalhorce”. This place is the estuary area of the river Guadalhorce that ends in the Mediterranean Sea. There, we will enjoy watching birds that are typical of lacustrine and sea environments (waders, ducks, rails, ospreys, spoonbills, gannets, gulls, terns, and more). We will also can enjoy ringing birds trapped in nets, mainly small passerines.


This excursion (4-5 hours) is free and includes a pack lunch for each attendant.
